Rates, Terms & Conditions

  1. Room rates vary, depending on season and room type required. For more information, kindly contact us.
  2. All rates for The Mansion rooms shall include bed and breakfast.
  3. Cottage rates shall not include breakfast since there are facilities for self-catering, but should the guest require breakfast from The Mansion restaurant, this will be charged separately.
  4. Rates charged shall be inclusive of taxes, service charge and training levy.
  5. For the cottages, special offers are available for medium term stays.
  6. Bookings and cancellations:

    The room is provisionally held upon a written inquiry with a commitment negotiated from our contracted agents and is valid for 7 days, thereafter it is dropped from the list without prior notice.

    A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the price of the booking is required within 7 days to confirm a booking.

    100% payment of the total invoice must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival date.

    Any cancellation made 21 days to the date of arrival shall attract a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit paid.

    Any cancellation made less than 21 days to arrival date shall result to no refund of the deposit total deposit paid.

    Amendments requested by the customer within 15 days shall be discussed and implemented subject to availability of the revised requirements.

  7. The management reserves the right to alter rates in concurrence with government tax changes, late payments and cancellations and these shall be communicated to the customer or booking agents accordingly. Any such changes shall be communicated not less than 15 days to the expected arrival date.
  8. Children 5-12 years sharing with parents are charged 45%.
  9. For children above 12 years, adult rates shall apply.
  10. Check in time: 11.00hrs.
  11. Check out time: 09.00hrs
  12. Late check out: Depends on room availability.
  13. Lunch, dinner, snacks, etc. available upon request at current menu rates.
