Where is The Drexel located?
The Drexel is in Nairobi, Karen, Rhino Park Area, adjacent to the Southern Bypass providing easy access to main airports (JKIA and Wilson Airport), proximity to Nairobi National Park, Ngong Hills and premium shopping malls, golf clubs, museums and major tour and recreation / attraction sites.
How many rooms are available at The Drexel?
The Mansion has nine suites of different sizes and furnishing style and two cottages on separate compounds.
The suites comprise: one executive suite, two superior suites, one deluxe twin suite and five deluxe suites
Each cottage has three bedrooms of different sizes, a large lounge, equipped kitchen and fully furnished with all amenities ready for use.
How much does a room cost at the Drexel?

What are the features that make the Drexel exclusive and unique?
The Drexel offers exclusivity right from the location, the size of the suites and furnishing styles, the lounges that are in different sections of the mansion hence being away from the suites while maintaining privacy for different guests, superb furnishing of the premises comprising exclusive furniture, classical art, paintings and collector items, a business center, a large swimming pool, well designed gardens and personalized services for our guests.
Does The Drexel offer conferencing facilities?
The Drexel has a fully equipped conference room that can accommodate up to 20 persons and different conference packages are available.
Is there a restaurant at the Drexel?
Our restaurant is exclusive to in-house guests only. The restaurant offers breakfast and other meals as per the guests’ requirements. There is a set menu which may be modified to suit your taste and requirements. Guests are also free to enjoy their meals in the garden, at the pool side or any other preferred area.
Is the Drexel open to walk-in walk-out clients?
The Drexel offers accommodation and conferencing facilities only. To maintain privacy and peace for our guests, walk-in walk -out services are not provided.
Ø What are the other interesting features within the vicinity of the Drexel?
ü There are several interesting areas within the vicinity of the Drexel such as Nairobi National Park, Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, The Hub shopping mall, Karen golf and country club, Ngong hills, giraffe center among others.
Can I have a private party, wedding, or photo shoot at the Drexel?
This may be organized depending on availability and numbers.
If am staying at the Drexel, can I invite a friend to join me for meals / meeting?
The Drexel is designed to offer exclusive services to booked in guests only. Due to the size of the premises, privacy, security and safety of other guests, guests not staying in are not allowed. However, guests may meet their friend in the nearby facilities at the shopping mall or other restaurants and meeting places within the vicinity.
Is there a swimming pool at the Drexel?
There is a large swimming pool, pool beds / chairs, well designed pool lounge superbly furnished with double log fireplace and different seating zones to accommodate different guests while maintain privacy.
What is the difference between the Drexel mansion and cottages?
The Drexel cottages are on separate compounds and booked as a unit hence suitable for families, friends and medium to long-term staying guests. The cottages also allow self-catering, but the guests have an option to enjoy the services of the mansion, including the swimming pool. The mansion bookings are per suite and does not have facilities of self-catering.
